included in the documentation tree. It is the complete documentation index:
the root README.md links here, and the automated docs-graph gate
(scripts/check-docs-graph.py) proves every current doc is reachable from
this table. Book chapters are authoritative and executable. Runbooks and
references describe production boundaries. Historical material is retained
for provenance and is not a current operating contract; those rows are
marked historical archive and must not be read as current behaviour.
